LVT & SPC Flooring at Trade Prices

24 products

Luxury vinyl tile (LVT) and rigid-core SPC give realistic wood and stone designs on a hard-wearing, water-resistant floor, which is why they are specified for kitchens, bathrooms, retail units and busy family homes alike. Our range covers both glue-down and click formats — including Nordikka rigid SPC — so you can match the system to the subfloor and the job.

Every LVT range is listed at trade prices and is open to fitters, contractors and DIY customers — there is no trade account, minimum spend or credit application. Coverage per pack is shown on each product page, and the calculator works your area up to whole packs.

We supply the rest of the installation alongside the floor itself: primer and levelling compound for the subfloor, the correct adhesive for glue-down work, underlay for click systems and trims to finish the edges.

What to check before you order

  • Decide between glue-down and click. Glue-down LVT gives the thinnest, most stable finish and needs a flat, primed subfloor plus the correct adhesive; click LVT floats over an underlay and is quicker to fit.
  • Check the wear layer stated on the product page — the heavier the traffic, the thicker the wear layer you should specify.
  • LVT is sold by the pack; the coverage per pack is shown on every product page so you can work out packs from your area.
  • Where slip resistance is specified, look at safety flooring rather than standard LVT.
  • Order the adhesive, primer and any trims at the same time so the whole installation is on site together.

LVT Flooring questions

How many packs of LVT do I need?
Measure the floor area in square metres, add an allowance for cuts and wastage, then divide by the coverage per pack shown on the product page. The calculator on each flooring product page does this for you and rounds up to whole packs.
What is the difference between glue-down and click LVT?
Glue-down LVT is bonded to the subfloor with a flooring adhesive, which gives a very stable, thin floor suited to commercial areas and underfloor heating. Click LVT has a locking edge and floats over an underlay, so it is faster to fit and can be lifted again.
Do I need underlay under LVT?
Glue-down LVT is fixed straight to a prepared subfloor and does not take underlay. Click LVT needs a thin underlay rated for rigid click floors — check the flooring manufacturer's instructions, as some click ranges have underlay already attached.
Can LVT go over underfloor heating?
Most LVT ranges are suitable over electric underfloor heating provided the floor surface temperature limit given by the manufacturer is not exceeded — commonly 27°C. Check the specific range's datasheet before ordering.
