Website privacy & cookies
Essential website storage
We use browser storage to keep your basket, quote list and cookie choices working. Your cookie decision, time and notice version are stored in your browser, including earlier decisions when you withdraw consent.
Optional Google Analytics
Only after you accept, we load Google Analytics to measure page visits and shopping activity, such as product views, adding items to a basket, beginning checkout and successful enquiry submissions. Google receives browser and device information, page paths, cookie identifiers and relevant product IDs, quantities and values. Requests also expose your IP address to Google; Google Analytics 4 states that it does not log or store individual IP addresses.
We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry text or URL query parameters in these analytics events. Google advertising signals and advertising personalisation are disabled; this installation does not enable advertising tracking or customer matching. Beginning checkout is not recorded as a completed purchase.
Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visits; these typically last up to two years. Google processes analytics data under its own policies and may process it outside the UK. See Google’s privacy policy and Google Analytics privacy information.
Your choices
Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent shopping. You can withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings below or in the footer. Withdrawal stops future analytics reporting; it does not remove data already received by Google. You can also remove existing cookies in your browser settings.
Enquiries and checkout
Enquiry details are used to respond to your request, not to sign you up to marketing. Payment and order details are handled through Shopify checkout. This notice covers website storage and analytics, not a complete statement of order and enquiry retention practices.
